Lebeau Software is a privately owned company that was created in 1999. It started out as just one programmer doing projects here and there when time permitted. After awhile, rather than distributing those projects from different sources and addresses and such, Lebeau Software was formed so as to unify all projects under a single entity.

Remy Lebeau received a STAR award from Borland in 2000, and became a member of TeamB in 2002. He is a highly visible member of the Borland newsgroup community, which is a system of public forums for software developers who use Borland development tools to talk to each other, help each other out with problems in their projects and source code, and to provide expert advise to each other.
